I call myself a Heart Doula because I believe the heart unfolds much like birth—in relationship, at its own pace, and through its own wisdom.

My work brings together somatic psychotherapy, spiritual listening, and 22 years of clinical experience. The full expression of this work now lives within AiRE Healing.
